Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our pottery. If pottery is damaged
en route, we replace it. If for any reason you want to return or exchange
your purchase you may send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund
(minus the shipping charges). All of our pottery is lead free, ovenproof,
waterproof, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
We Respect Your Privacy
We do not share our customer lists. However, in the future, we may contact
you about new items added to our web site or special savings.
Shipping
Shipping rates vary based on distance and weight of purchase. We pack and
ship as economically as possible using recycled materials. We charge a 4%
handling fee in addition to the actual freight. In stock orders will be
shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. For custom orders we require a 6 week time
period for completion. We ship using UPS or Parcel Post if the package
weighs under 7 pounds (this saves our customer higher freight fees). Please
use a street address when filling out the order form. UPS will not ship to
a post office box.
Gift Services
Need to send a unique gift? We would be happy to include a special message
to friends or family and ship your gift directly to them. Simply add your
message to the comments area on your order form, and list the "ship to"
address in the Gift Services section of the order form.
Come Visit Our Studio
Our studio and gallery are located on the south edge of beautiful Bayfield
Wisconsin. Our summer hours are from 9:00 to 8:00 Monday through Saturday,
10:00 to 6:00 on Sundays. Winter hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through
Saturday, 10:00 to 5:00 on Sundays. We are always working on something and
are happy to show visitors the steps of this fascinating process.
