A personal phone call or visit to the studio is always the best way to start. We will discuss your idea and take as much information as possible, such as size, dimensions, glaze finish, etc. A date for completion and price range will be established. Then we proceed to produce your special request.

Remember, the mark of the potter will be reflected in the handmade character of each piece. Pots are handled dozens of times so you can definitely expect the unique craftsmanship and artistry to be part of your order. To learn more about our artists, click here.

Orders generally take about 6 weeks to produce. We ask for a credit card number at the time of your order, but you will NOT be charged until the order is complete and mailed to you. For dinnerware sets we always send you a sample to approve before proceeding with the entire order.

If you are not satisfied with the completed piece, contact us within a 2 week period to arrange a remake of the order or a refund (not including shipping charges). Otherwise we will assume that you have accepted the order. Handle your pottery with care and kindness and it will last a lifetime!!! All of our pots are lead free, ovenproof, waterproof, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
